Alandalus buys prime plot in Riyadh to build educational complex

Alandalus Property Company has announced that its subsidiary, Alandalus litashid Almabany Aldirasia Company, will purchase land from Madaras Ajeal Alyamama Company to develop a dual-curriculum educational complex in Riyadh City. Covering 11,000 sq m, the complex will feature a 16,000 sq m building to accommodate 2,000 students. Upon completion, it will be leased to Ajeal Alyamama Company for 25 years, with a total rental value of SAR157 million ($41.3 million), as stated in a filing to the Saudi stock exchange, Tadawul.
