A. Legal Agreement

We highly encourage you to read these Terms carefully because they outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations when using PROPT. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Propt Global L.L.C-FZ.

B. Updates to Terms

PROPT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

A. Business Use

If you are accessing PROPT on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

A. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Use your account solely for personal or authorized professional use

B. PROPT's Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Reject registration attempts
• Suspend accounts with suspicious activity
• Terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms
• Request additional verification if needed

A. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through:

• Stripe (web billing)
• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)

B. Auto-Renewal Policy

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. This ensures uninterrupted access to PROPT premium features. By subscribing, you authorize PROPT or the payment provider to store your payment method, automatically charge recurring fees, and process applicable taxes.

C. Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancellations must be initiated through the original purchase platform:

• iOS users → manage via Apple App Store settings
• Android users → manage via Google Play Store
• Web users → manage via PROPT account billing dashboard

D. Refund Policy

Refunds vary depending on how you purchased the subscription:

• App Store purchases → governed by Apple policies; handled by Apple
• Google Play purchases → governed by Google policies; handled by Google
• Stripe purchases → PROPT may issue refunds at its discretion under our refund policy

E. Changes to Pricing

We may modify pricing, add new tiers, or adjust features. When required by law, we will notify you in advance and provide the option to cancel.

A. PROPT Content

All PROPT-generated content — including articles, data, analytics, insights, graphics, images, branding, UI/UX elements, and code — is the intellectual property of Propt Global L.L.C-FZ. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view PROPT content for personal use only. You may not:

• Redistribute PROPT content
• Publish screenshots of premium content
• Create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices

B. User-Generated Content

If you upload or submit content (e.g., preferences, comments, information):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant PROPT a license to store, display, and use it
• You represent that you have the rights to any content you post

A. Location Settings

Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time. Some features may be less accurate without location.

A. Third-Party Terms

These third parties may collect certain data consistent with their own privacy practices. PROPT is not responsible for the behavior, terms, or policies of third-party services. You acknowledge that third-party terms may apply, your data may be processed by these entities, and PROPT has no control over external platforms. Your use of those services is at your own discretion.

A. Platform Updates

We may, at any time:

• Update or modify parts of the platform
• Disable features temporarily
• Add new functionality
• Remove outdated or unsupported tools
• Schedule maintenance
• Fix performance issues

A. Technical Misuse

• Reverse engineering or decompiling our apps
• Attempting to bypass authentication
• Intercepting API calls
• Disrupting network performance

B. Data Misuse

• Scraping articles, text, or insights
• Bulk extracting market data
• Reselling PROPT information
• Using PROPT for competitive intelligence

C. Behavioral Misconduct

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others
• Impersonating PROPT staff or other users
• Posting harmful or misleading information

D. Consequences

Violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

A. Risk Acknowledgment

Decisions based on PROPT insights are made at your own risk. PROPT does not assume liability for loss of investments, market fluctuations, business decisions, or real estate outcomes. The platform is provided 'AS IS' with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

A. Maximum Liability

Our total liability for claims arising from your use of PROPT will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; where prohibited, the limitations may not apply.

A. Continuing Obligation

This obligation continues even if you stop using PROPT.

A. Termination Consequences

Termination may result in the permanent loss of access to your account, subscription features, saved data, and personalized insights. You may request account deletion at any time.

United Arab Emirates; Free Zone Jurisdiction

B. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PROPT shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration in the UAE, under recognized arbitration rules.

C. Waiver of Rights

You waive your right to:

• Participate in class actions
• Seek remedies through non-arbitration forums (unless legally required)

A. Notice of Changes

When we update the Terms, we will change the "Last Updated" date, notify users when required by law, and provide reasonable advance notice for major changes. Your continued use of PROPT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
