Summary:

Dubai's residential property market achieved sales of Dh221.3 billion across nearly 79,200 transactions in the first half of 2026, marking a 14% decrease in total sales values compared to the previous year. June saw a recovery with approximately 12,315 transactions worth Dh25.17 billion, reflecting a month-on-month increase of nearly 30% from May's figures. Off-plan sales dominated, making up 76% of transactions, with a value of Dh17.6 billion in June. This rebound indicates sustained investor confidence despite a softer overall market in the first half of the year.
