Dubai's property market remains resilient despite regional tensions, with no immediate slowdown in activity, according to Betterhomes. Transaction volumes fell 31% year-on-year in Q2 2026, but this reflects deals made during peak conflict times. Recent weeks have shown strong transactions, and the market is recovering, with registered transactions rising from 9,000 in May to 13,000 in June. While average property prices dropped 7%, the off-plan market remains dominant. However, luxury property transactions fell 59% due to fewer international buyers. Despite challenges, Dubai's market continues to outperform global luxury sectors.
