Hassan Allam Holding, through its subsidiary Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, has signed a contract with joint venture partner UCC Holding Saudi for the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Residences, & Mixed Use Superblock in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony included key figures such as Hassan Allam, Chairman and CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, and Samer Ibrahim, CEO of UCC Holding Saudi. The development will cover 241,000 sqm and feature a 200-key hotel, 47 branded residences, commercial and office buildings, an integrated super basement, and public spaces, enhancing the Kingdom’s prestigious destinations.
