Qatar's Real Estate Transactions Surge to QR1.69 Billion in June

In June, Qatar's real estate transactions reached QR1.692 billion, with 541 deals recorded. The highest transaction values were in Doha, Al Rayyan, and Al Wakrah. Doha accounted for QR649.1 million, while Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah recorded QR418.4 million and QR236.2 million, respectively. Al Rayyan led in land area traded, comprising 34% of the total. Mortgage activity included 109 transactions worth QR3.078 billion, primarily in Doha. The Ministry of Justice noted these figures indicate ongoing growth in Qatar's real estate sector, bolstered by new legislation and investment measures.
